Description:

1. This machine is to twist square bar from rod wire by special drawing mould.

2. It is made up of sheller, butt welder, head pointing machine, drawing powder, soap, drawing machine part, control cabinet and wire coiling machine.

3. It is controlled by inverter, the frequency can be adjusted. It means speed can be adjusted.

1. This machine is to twist square bar from wire rod by special drawing mould.

   Inlete wire diameter: 5-10mm

2. Motor: 22kw inverter, the frequency can be adjusted

3. Gearbox: model 650, ratio: 40.17

4. Speed: 30m/min one line.

5. Diameter of rolling wheel: 550mm

6. Direction of finished twisted bar: right direction

7. For producing 120mm twisted bar, the drawing mould rotates one circle.

8. The drawing mould rotation is controlled by clutch. When the clutch is separated, the drawing mould will stop rotate.

9. Weight: 2.5T

10. Material: low carbon steel wire.

11. This machine can work with straightening&cutting machine, and can also work separately.

The round mould are all diamond moulds. The twisted moulds can only be alloy moulds.
